Kunjin Electronics (Hong Kong) (“we”) operates this website to receive excess-inventory inquiries from EMS/OEM and distributors.
Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company, region)
- BOM files and message content you upload
- Technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention
- Optional analytics/ads cookies if you consent (Google Ads conversion tags)
How we use data
We use submissions solely to evaluate buyback opportunities, communicate with you, and operate settlement/logistics under NDA where applicable. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & security
BOM and contact records are retained for business follow-up and compliance, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Access is limited to authorized Kunjin staff via the admin console.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing our desk. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
